1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Style Sandbox, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Acceptable Use of AI Models

Strict Prohibition on Wrongful Use:

You agree NOT to use our AI services to:

  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, or hateful.
  • Create non-consensual sexual content (NCSC) or any sexually explicit material.
  • Upload images of children or minors.
  • Impersonate others or violate their privacy rights.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities if applicable.

3. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of the AI-generated images. Style Sandbox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

4. Beta Access

During the beta phase, features may be unstable or change without notice. We reserve the right to limit access or discontinue features at any time.
