Refund Policy

1. Digital Credits

Style Sandbox sells digital credits that are consumed each time you generate a try-on image. Because credits are delivered instantly upon successful payment and are immediately usable, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable once at least one credit has been spent.

2. Eligible refund cases

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charge — the same payment method was charged more than once for the same order.
  • Failed delivery — credits were not added to your wallet within 24 hours of a successful payment.
  • Unused credits within 7 days — if you have not spent any credits from the purchase and you request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Service-side failure — generation repeatedly fails due to a confirmed outage and our automatic refund did not credit you back.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@stylesandbox.app with your transaction ID (visible in your account) and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 3 business days.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We are not responsible for delays introduced by the payment processor.

5. Chargebacks

Disputing a charge with your card issuer before contacting us can result in account suspension while the dispute is open. Please reach out to support first — we resolve almost every billing question within a single email exchange.

6. Subscription products

Style Sandbox does not currently sell subscriptions. If we introduce them in the future, this policy will be updated to cover prorated cancellations and recurring-billing refunds.
